Attending a concert led us to this centrally located hotel, and we truly appreciated the easy access to nearby attractions like Broadway. The view from our room was fantastic, making our stay even more enjoyable. The valet service was prompt and really helped us feel taken care of, although parking fees felt steep for our short visit.

the omni is in a prime spot, right across from the music city convention center and the bridgestone arena. the staff were fantastic, especially the valet and food service teams. our deluxe room was nice and spacious with good bathroom amenities. the quick access to nearby attractions like broadway made our stay enjoyable.

The Deluxe Room was super comfy! The bed was just right for a great night's sleep. Loved having a big bathroom too. But, the shower pressure was kinda crazy—way too strong! Also, you can hear doors slamming from the hallway, which was a bit annoying. Overall, the room felt clean and welcoming, just those few things were a letdown.
